What is the travel fee for mobile notary?
Travel fees vary based on location within Riverside County and the time of day. Standard daytime visits within the immediate Riverside area carry a modest travel charge. We always quote the exact total upfront, no surprises.
What do I need to bring for a notarization?
A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID), the unsigned document, and any other signers required. Do not sign the document until the notary is present.
What documents do I need for basic tax preparation?
Photo ID, Social Security cards for you and dependents, prior-year tax return, W-2s and 1099s, mortgage and property tax statements, childcare expenses, and any 1098-T or student loan interest forms. We’ll send a complete checklist when you book.
What is an apostille and do I need one?
